New Westminster, BC – At a gala dinner on October 1, 2008, the City of New Westminster and the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce presented the 37th Annual Royal City Builders Awards. The awards honour outstanding construction projects completed in 2007 in New Westminster. Over 100 people, including the Mayor and City Councillors, attended the event at the Inn at Westminster Quay.
