February 9, 2010
Queen's Park • 10:00 AM
The 2010 Winter Olympic Torch Relay has begun. By the time the Olympic flame enters BC Place Stadium for the opening ceremonies, it will have been carried by 12,000 torchbearers on a 45,000 kilometre pan-Canadian journey from coast to coast to coast.
You’re invited to share in this incredible experience when the torch makes a stop in New Westminster on February 9, 2010 (day 103) of the relay for our own Torch Relay Community Celebration. Mark the date on your calendar for what is sure to be a celebration to remember!
We invite everyone to join us along the route and at Queen's Park at 10:00am as we celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
