MyCity

MyCity is a new secure, all-in-one, online service that allows home owners and businesses to access information about their City of New Westminster accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's easy to use and all information is protected by private access codes.

Use MyCity to:

• View current and past bills
• View account payment history
• Keep track of utility consumption history and conservation efforts
• Access information about property tax, utilities, dog and business license accounts and permits

Getting Started:

To get started, you will need your access codes which can be found on your property tax notice, utility bills and licenses. To obtain your permit access code, please contact the City of New Westminster department that issued your permit.

This information is only obtained if you voluntarily provide it and, in this case, the information will only be used for the purpose of administering the MyCity service to you.
