Downtown Community Plan

The Downtown Community Plan was presented to Council at the January 25th, 2010 meeting.  The Plan is the outcome of a 2-year planning process with much community involvement along the way.   The Plan was approved unanimously and adopted as the long range planning document to guide growth and development in the Downtown neighbourhood.  Starting in February 2010 Staff will commence the process of adopting the Downtown Community Plan as an amendment to the City's Official Community Plan.
