Because of difficulties in reproduction, some items included in the Agenda Packages for Council may not be included here. Missing items or copies of posted documents, are available at Legislative Services (telephone: 604-527-4523) from the Friday morning preceding a Council meeting. (Office hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except Statutory Holidays.)

Similarly, minutes of the most recent meeting will be posted on the Friday afternoon following that meeting. (Minutes of past meetings are also available.)
