Friday, October 28 & Saturday, October 29, 2011 - Winvan Paving will be working on the westbound lanes of Royal Avenue from Ash Street to Sixth Street to complete pavement resurfacing work. Two-way traffic will be maintained utilizing the eastbound lanes.
