Starting Monday, February 10 through to Monday, March 2, 2020, ongoing work on the Carter Street Construction Project, will remove the existing Ewen Avenue access to Queensborough Community Centre and tie-in the newly constructed Carter Street access from Ewen Avenue. During this time, access to Queensborough Community Centre and Ryall Park will be detoured via Salter Street. Some parking will also be impacted.

Work has been scheduled carefully to minimize the duration of the disruption and will occur Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturdays (if required) 9:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Safety and efficiency are top priorities. Work areas will be blocked off with fencing or yellow caution tape and signs. We respectfully ask that residents and visitors not drive, walk, or cycle in these areas. Pedestrian and vehicle detour routes will be clearly marked and maintained for the duration of the work.
