We have created three custom Facebook photo frames that are available for grads and their family and friends who want to celebrate New Westminster's 2020 graduating classes from our Elementary, Middle and Secondary schools. 

 

 

Here's how to apply a frame to your Facebook profile photo:

 

Step 1: Tap on your profile photo, select “update”  

 

Step 2: tap “add frame”

 

Step 3: Use the search and type "2020 New West" to find the three custom frame options:

a. Navy "New West Class of 2020 'We made it!'"

a. Gold "Proud of our 2020 New West Grads”

b. Navy “Proud of our 2020 New West Grads” 

 

Step 4: Select your frame and tap “Save”

 

 

Looking for a picturesque setting to mark this important milestone? Landscapes around the city are exploding with colours of the season. Here are some park suggestions to take great photos of your grad:

 

• Queen's Park Rose Garden and garden area near the First Street entrance to the park

• Sapperton Park Pollinator Garden

• Glenbrook Ravine Park entering from the south side by Jamieson Court to access the gardens, pond and bridge

• Friendship Gardens (near City Hall)

 

Looking for something with more of an urban backdrop? Try these locations:

 

• Port Royal Park and River Walk

• Waterfront Esplanade and Park
