New Westminster Electric Customer Satisfaction Survey

Starting in the week of March 13, Mustel Group, a local market research company, will be conducting a customer satisfaction survey among residential and business customers of New Westminster Electric. The survey will run for up to 5 weeks and be conducted exclusively by telephone. The purpose of the survey is to measure satisfaction with New Westminster electric utility’s customer service and to better understand how customers are interacting with the electric utility. The survey findings will assist the City in improving its customer service.

Be assured that the data collected in this survey will be presented in aggregate form only, and at no point will individual responses be identified.

This collection of personal information is authorized under Charter and section 26(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
