The City has commissioned Ipsos, a professional public opinion research company, to conduct a survey for 2025 budget. Letters have been mailed to 10,000 randomly selected residential addresses and all available New Westminster-based business addresses with an invitation to provide input on important community City services and priorities for investment. The results of the survey will help guide the preparation of future City budgets.

Residents and businesses that did not receive a letter still have an opportunity to participate in providing feedback via an online survey, open now until September 2. Staff will be available to assist residents in completing the survey (or provide a paper copy) as per the schedule below:
