The 2025 Senior Waiver Form is available for pick up at City Hall or via download.

The waiver amount will be equal to 25% of the annual water, sewer and solid waste charges for 2025. The amount will be applied toward 2025 Flat Rate Utilities account upon approval of the application.

The waiver must be renewed annually. New applicants can apply online. The 2025 Senior Waiver Form is available for pick up at City Hall or via download.

To qualify, a resident must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Be 65 years of age or over during the calendar year.
2. Living alone (one person only) in a single family residence during the calendar year
3. A registered owner of the property, either solely or with others, during the calendar year

The deadline to apply for the 2025 Senior Waiver is January 31, 2025.
