Due to the ongoing labour dispute at Canada Post, there is a delay in the mailing of renewal invoices. Here are some other ways to renew your licence:

1. Online: Email for your account number and access code and pay through the online portal.
2. By Phone: Call 604-527-4565 to request your invoice and make a payment.
3. In-Person: Visit City Hall (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding stat holidays) to pay directly.
