The City is aware that some residents are still without water. If your building remains without water, please contact your building manager to check on the status of your internal pump system. 

Update - 6:45 pM

The water main repair has been completed, and water restored for all customers. If you experience cloudy water, please run the cold tap until it clears. Crews are backfilling the road and it will reopen to traffic by 8:00 pm. Final road and sidewalk repairs will be completed over the coming days.

Condo towers are encouraged to have their systems inspected.

Crews are currently responding to a watermain break in the 800-900 block of Carnarvon Street. Water was been turned off on Carnarvon Street between Tenth Street and Eighth Street. Carnarvon is closed to traffic from Tenth Street to the bus loop. We are working to restore water service as quickly as possible.
