July 11, 2026 - Century House Programs Impacted

Century House continues to operate as a reception centre with our Emergency Support Services team supporting those who have been displaced by the Fourth Avenue fire. 

Staff will phone registered program participants if their program impacted, however, if you planned to visit Century House for a drop-in activity today, please call in advance of your visit.

Moody Park Pool

Due to a structure fire on Fourth Avenue between Ninth and Tenth Streets, Moody Park Pool closed at 3:30 pm based on air quality concerns. 

Staff will make a decision on whether or not to open Moody Park Pool on Saturday by 9:00 am tomorrow, July 11.

Century House

All evening programming at Century House has been cancelled for Friday, July 10 so that the facility can assist those affected by the Fourth Avenue fire. 

If you are planning to visit Century House on Saturday, July 11, please call ahead of your visit to ensure they are operating as usual.
