Children 4 - 12 years who reside in New Westminster can access eligible children's drop-in activities at City of New Westminster recreation facilities from June 28 – Sept 1 — all for just $25!
Passes are available for purchase May 29 – August 4, 2025.
How to Get Your Pass
Available to New Westminster children 4-12 years only. To purchase, caregivers must visit any City of New Westminster Parks and Recreation facility in person and bring the following two items:
1) Photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or BC Services Card)
2) Proof of New Westminster residency (e.g., City of New Westminster electrical bill)
Where to Use Your Pass
Eligible drop-in service for ages 0-12 years, such as
- Public Swim
- Indoor Playland
- Public Skate
- and more!
Please note: Youth Drop-in services are not eligible.
About the Pilot Project
The Summer Fun ActivePASS is designed to provide accessible recreation opportunities for children, aligning with City Council’s strategic priority of fostering Community Belonging and Connection. The initiative promotes physical activity, social connection, and equitable access to recreation services by reducing financial barriers for families.
Why does the pass end at 12 years? Why not include youth?
Youth drop-in services are already subsidized for ages 11-18 years. Learn more about the Youth Membership.
What drop-in programs are available for children?
