Door Hangers

When KTI visits your home to install the meter, they will leave a door hanger. If the meter installation was successful, you will receive a green door hanger. If they encountered issues that prevented them for installing the meter, you will receive a red door hanger with instructions for next steps.

Please note, only single-family homes and businesses will receive a door hanger. If you live in an apartment or condo, signage will be placed in common areas to inform residents that the new meters have been successfully installed.
