This is the 5th Annual Up Town Street Fest! presented by the Hyack Festival Association.  After the Hyack International Parade, stay with us to celebrate on Belmont Street. Enjoy incredible food, shop from our market place vendors, check out some kid’s amusement activities or catch the free street level entertainment.
