Downtown Park Design Open House
May 16, 2018
6:00 pm
8:00 pm
Holy Trinity Cathedral, Upper Hall, 514 Carnarvon Street
The City is holding a second public open house to present the preferred design concept for a new park located at 824 Agnes Street. The park design being presented was developed from the input provided at the first open house in January 2018 and by various stakeholder groups including the Canadians for Reconciliation Society, Chinese Benevolent Society of Vancouver, Chinese Canadian National Council, New Westminster Chinese Society, New Westminster Multiculturalism Advisory Committee, New Westminster Downtown Resident’s Association, and New Westminster Parks and Recreation Committee.
At this open house, the City will also seek feedback on potential sites for the relocation of the Downtown Off-Leash Dog Area. We invite park users, residents, business owners and anyone who has an interest in the community to attend this open house.
