September 21, 2019
203 - 425 Boyne Street
Garment manufacturing has been at the heart and history of British Columbia’s commerce, and Arc’teryx has maintained a manufacturing footprint in the province since the company’s beginnings in 1989. ARC’One, Arc’teryx’s local manufacturing facility, is holding a hiring fair.To accommodate the company’s expansion plans and the number of garment manufacturing workers expected to retire in the next three years, the global design company is looking to fill over 78 positions for their facility, including warehouse workers, sewers and seamstresses, quality control inspectors, and sewing machine mechanics. Candidates attending the ARC’One hiring fair will be able to speak with talent acquisition representatives, complete job applications, and take a glimpse into Arc’teryx’s North American operations. The fair is designed as a way for the company to connect with talented people in the community before the hiring process begins. At the hiring fair, candidates can get a better understanding of Arc’teryx, and the company has the opportunity to get to know the candidates before reading through their resumes.
