5:30 - 9:30 pm - Visit our welcome tent and learn more about our new facility, təməsew̓txʷ. Participate in the contest draw for a chance to win a swag bag and Active 10 Pass!
Music at the Pier
5:30 - 9:30 pm - Head towards the concession to listen to tunes, join in trivia games, and win prizes! Presented by, MC & DJ, Byron James, an on-air personality on Vancouver radio for over 20 years, who’s worked at 94.5 Virgin Radio, 103.5 Move Radio (QMFM), The Breeze 104.3 & 93.7 JR Country.
Pier Park Trivia Walk
5:30 - 9:00 pm - Enjoy the park with a walk of the pier from end to end. Throughout the park you will find signs highlighting the parks history and design. Prizes will be awarded for correct answers by the DJ near the Pier Park Concession from 8:45 - 9:30 pm. Presented by Downtown New Westminster BIA.

Family Place
5:00 - 7:00 pm - Take part in crafts and fun activities for kids and parents alike. Presented by New Westminster Family Place, an organization welcoming all families by supporting them with services and resources that empower them to thrive!
Community Canvas Project
5:00 - 9:00 pm - Add your mark to a community canvas inspired by the location. The canvas will later be displayed at Centennial and Queensborough Community Centre’s. Artist, Marko Elez will guide the process. All supplies are included.
Pirate HAT Making
5:30 - 9:00 pm - Make your own unique pirate hat and search for treasure to find a gold coin. You may even win a prize.
Wonderpup Academy
5:30 - 9:00 pm - Take a picture with the Wonderpups with your own camera and receive an Aloha lei. Spin the Wheel for prizes too! Information will be available about summer camps for families and their dogs. In partnership with Wonderpup Academy.
Marine Games
5:30 - 9:00 pm - Play fishing games, bean toss, and participate in tug boat races with our the Parks & Recreation team!
New Westminster Police & Fire Department
5:30 - 9:30 pm - Meet the amazing team in Police & Fire who will be located on Columbia & Fourth Streets giving vehicle tours! Take a photo with Sparky the Fire Dog!
