Held on the second Saturday of every month, ‘River Basin Days’ is a series of outdoor public programs hosted by the Fraser River Discovery Centre, geared towards families. Join us at rotating locations around the Fraser River Basin as we explore this incredible watershed.

Bust out your pencils and paper, because this month we’re headed to Barnet Marine Park in Burnaby, on Saturday August 13th at 12:30pm – 1:30pm and 2:00pm – 3:00pm to practice drawing from life! We’ll learn some observational sketching techniques, play some art games, and paint using real ocean water! No experience necessary – this workshop is for all ages and abilities.
