Tipperary Park, combined with the adjacent Friendship Gardens, create the beautiful park that surrounds City Hall.

Other interesting features include unique flowers, trees, monuments, public art, ponds, birds, paths, benches and picnic tables. It is also the home to the New Westminster Tennis Club, seasonal New West Farms Market and Cenotaph.

Public washrooms are available in City Hall on Monday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
