Project update

The Ryall Park tennis court project is now complete and the courts are open for use!

Background

The City of New Westminster Engineering Department will be rehabilitating the Ryall Park tennis courts. The work will include addressing settling ground conditions, resurfacing the court, new nets and new fencing. The new courts will accommodate tennis and pickleball and make for a more enjoyable recreational experience.

The work will begin January 21, 2019 and be completed sometime in April. During this time, the courts will be unavailable. Pedestrian and cyclist access will be maintained around the site. No major impacts are expected to occur for vehicle traffic.
