Queen's Park Sportsplex Plaza
This project is now complete.
The final public plaza includes both hardscape and soft-scape landscape features including:
- Flexible paved areas for outdoor programs, events and activities;
- Landscape mounds with indigenous trees, shrubs and plants;
- Life size animal public art sculptures harkening back to the Queen’s Park Zoo and the park’s rich history;
- Half court sport court; and
- Seating areas and bike parking
