McInnes Overpass North-eastbound Closure
Project Information
Please be advised that the City of New Westminster's contractor, Jack Cewe, is scheduled to perform concrete dowelling and sidewalk repairs along the McInnes Overpass. This work is expected to take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
Following this, the contractor will proceed to the intersection to relocate catch basins, install curb bulges, and pave the road. Residents of affected households and businesses will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of interruptions, except in an emergency. Access to some driveways and street parking will be impacted due to the nature of work.
Traffic Impacts
Overpass North East bound closure duration:
June 23th to August 2025
Sidewalk remains open at all times.
Vehicular traffic will be permitted only in the South-West bound direction.

7:00am to 7:00pm
