Location: 809-811 Carnarvon Street and 60-70 Eighth Street
Purpose: To rezone from Downtown Mixed Use Districts (High Density) C-4, to a site-specific Comprehensive Development District (CD-112) to allow a 44-storey mixed-use development, which includes 468 stratified residential units, ground-floor retail, a 145-room hotel, and a publicly accessible dog park at Blackie Street and Victoria Street. Parking includes 144 residential stalls, 24 visitor stalls, and 110 commercial and hotel stalls, all located in a below-grade parkade. A total of 712 long-term and 24 short-term bicycle parking spaces are also provided.
