Select option 2 - existing customer

Select option 3 - other questions

Select option 1 - residential customer

When speaking to our customer service department, please provide the following information:

1. Calling from the City of New Westminster, Canada
2. Provide address and postal code
3. Calling about our City ___________  (recycling or food waste bin)
4. Report the missed pick up
