Report Missed Collection

BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM:

  1. Please be sure to double check the collection calendar to ensure you've put the right bin out on the right day. Note that collection trucks are out 7:00 am to 7:00 pm; please do not submit a missed collection report until after 7:00 pm on the day of collection. 
  2. Confirm who is responsible for the collection you are reporting, as this form is only for City collection. Missed collections by Waste Management or a private disposal service should be reported directly to those companies. Find Waste Management contact information here. To contact your building's private waste disposal service, please reach out to your Strata Council or property manager.
