The City of New Westminster is in the process of completing its draft 2020-2024 Financial Plan. As part of the public consultation process, a budget information package including the draft 2020-2024 Financial Plan, a staff report, and a link for providing comments are available on the City’s website on the Budget 2020 page: newwestcity.ca/budget2020.
The draft Financial Plan will be presented to Council for three readings and adoption at a Special Regular Council meeting on April 27, 2020 at 2:00 pm. In order to safeguard community health, this meeting will be livestreamed on the City’s website at newwestcity.ca/council but public attendance will not be permitted.
To provide input on the plan, residents may submit written comments by the start of the regular meeting at 2:00 pm on April 27:
