Property taxes are due on Thursday, July 2, 2020. Please pay your bill online via one of the following options:
1. Online banking, telephone banking and ATMs
Contact your financial institution for further information. For electronic payments allow at least 3 business days prior to the due date. Home owner grants can be claimed online at newwestcity.ca/ehog
2. Preauthorized automatic bank withdrawal plans
- Property taxes and residential flat rate utilities prepayment plan (to prepay next year’s property taxes and flat rate utilities)
- Residential flat rate utilities prepayment plan (to prepay next year’s flat rate utilities only).
- Electric Utility payment plan (to pay electric utility charges as they become due)
- Metered water and commercial garbage payment plan (to pay metered water and commercial garbage charges as they are due).
- All chartered banks and participating trust companies and credit unions
Banks will not process home owner grant applications; they can be claimed online at newwestcity.ca/ehog.
4. Mail to City Hall

5. 24-Hour drop-box at City Hall located at the north entrance of City Hall
6. Credit card payments accepted online via the City website (convenience fee will apply)
