
The Parks and Recreation department invites you try their new virtual fitness videos to help you keep fit and stay active during COVID-19.
Check back every Friday when new videos are added. Classes are prerecorded and available on YouTube so that you can work at your own pace and on your own schedule. Here is a selection of the classes available:
- Cycling Big Hill Drill
- Beginners Yoga
- Cycling - 5 Fitness Zones
- Hi Lo Workout
- Interval Training
- Stretching and Flexibility

Important Note: You should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. Before taking part in these fitness videos, or other workout routines, please ensure you are medically cleared to do so. When following any exercise class or video, remember:
- go at your own pace

- wear appropriate workout clothing and footwear
- keep hydrated
- have fun!
