Inter-Municipal TNS (Ride Hailing) Business Licence Scheme Bylaw No. 8186, 2020

NOTICE OF BYLAW:
New Westminster City Council is considering participating in an Inter-Municipal Business Licence Scheme for Transportation Network Services (TNS aka “Ride Hailing”).  The Inter-Municipal Business Licence will streamline the licensing process across Region 1 (Lower Mainland, Whistler) and allow ride-hailing companies to operate in all participating municipalities with a single business licence.
