Starting June 16, children aged 3-12 are encouraged to join the Summer Reading Club at the New Westminster Public Library. This year’s theme is "Explore Our Universe". The program has been completely retooled to accommodate the impact of COVID-19, but still allows children to track their reading and earn a medal for completing the program!  Kids can download a range of activities and resources through the BC Summer Reading Club website at www.bcsrc.ca.

The library has prepared 100s of special Summer Reading Club kits, so kids can pick up a printed Reading Log and stickers in person at the NWPL’s Main Branch (716 Sixth Avenue) during library takeout hours (12:00 – 4:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday), or register online at www.bcsrc.ca.  Visit nwpl.ca/summerreading for more information.
