WHAT IS THE ZONING BYLAW TEXT AMENDMENT FOR 141 E COLUMBIA STREET ABOUT?
An application has been received to amend the Service Districts (CS-1) zone to allow a medical clinic and pharmacy at 141 E Columbia Street. This proposal aligns with the Official Community Plan, which supports commercial uses and medical-related uses at this location. There are two commercial units on the site, and the proposed new use would take occupancy of one of the commercial units at the end of the current tenant’s lease.
