Pursuant to Section 26(3) and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of New Westminster hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose, in fee simple, that portion of Boyne Street shown in bold on the drawing below to East South Dyke Holdings Ltd. (Inc. No. BC1001266) for consolidation with its adjacent property located at 34 South Dyke Road and legally described as PID: 005-815-321, Legal Description: LOT 65, DISTRICT LOT 757, NEW WEST DISTRICT, PLAN NWP40829 GROUP 1.  As consideration for the disposition, which is not available to the public for acquisition, the City will receive $410,000 from the purchaser.
