  • Notice Regarding Open Delegations at City Council Meetings

    Delegations regarding land use bylaws (e.g. OCP amendment, rezoning, etc.) are not permitted after the bylaw has received second reading and a public hearing has been scheduled, unless it has been either adopted or defeated.

    Check the Public Notices page 10 days before the public hearing to see the related materials.

    The City of New Westminster grants permission to replay the webcast video of the proceeding of City Council Meetings for use in schools, and for other purposes such as private study, research, criticism, review or reporting purposes. Program material may not be purposefully distorted or used for advertising, election campaigns or any other politically partisan activity. Any other commercial use or rebroadcast of the webcast video requires the express written approval of the City of New Westminster.
