The Council of the City of New Westminster intends to amend the Council Procedure Bylaw No. 6910, 2004.

Council will consider changes to:

• Meeting end times;
• Setting a time limit for open delegations;
• Speaking limits for council members; and
• A number of minor updates to the bylaw.

Copies of the bylaw amendment and a red-line version of the bylaw are available on the Public Notices page of City’s website on Thursday, November 14, 2019.

Council will deliberate the proposed changes to the bylaw again on November 25, 2019.
