WHAT IS THE REZONING (REZ00199) & LIQUOR PRIMARY APPLICATION ABOUT?
An application has been received from Capital City Arcade Inc. to rezone the site to allow the use of an amusement arcade that is not within a mall, is larger than currently permitted, and has reduced restrictions on game content, business license annual fees and extended hours of operation.
A 50 seat Liquor Primary license in Unit ‘A’ (the arcade) is being applied for that would permit liquor to be sold and served in the games area Monday to Sunday 9:00 am to 1:00 am without restrictions on whether minors may be present.
