IMPORTANT NOTICE: TRANSITION TO E-APPLY - ACCOUNT ACCESS AND DATA DELETION

We are excited to announce the transition from Camino to our new and improved platform, E-Apply, for all Building, Plumbing, and Tree Permit applications. Please take note of the following important information:

- Account Access Transition: All Camino users have 45 days to access their accounts and retrieve any necessary data or documents. The account access period ends on December 25, 2023. Log in to Camino and export your information before this date.

- Secure Data Deletion: To maintain data privacy and security, all data stored on the Camino platform will be securely and permanently deleted from servers after December 25, 2023.

Response and Service Delays
Please be advised that residents, applicants and other project stakeholders may experience delays when seeking some City services. We are currently facing a staffing shortage, and some departments are also working through an increased volume of inquiries and/or applications.

All departments are actively recruiting and training new staff to fill the gaps, however it will take time to get up caught up on workloads.

We understand the frustration delays cause. Rest assured, we are working as quickly as possible to overcome these issues and are reprioritizing projects where needed to ensure we are continuing to provide core services. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

APPOINTMENTS

City Hall is open to the general public, however, due to staff rotations and to ensure that there is a member of staff available to help you, we encourage you to schedule an appointment by submitting an APPOINTMENT REQUEST. All inquiries should be primarily by telephone or email. In person meetings, for the submission of paper copies or for the payment of fees will be scheduled by Building Staff, at the request of a permit applicant.
