Join the New Westminster Museum for a guided walk down Twelfth Street, where you'll uncover hidden histories and stories from this vibrant community. Discover the street's secrets - from long-gone landmarks and historic homes to streetcars, hidden graffiti, and sidewalk stories. Along the way, learn about the people and places that have made Twelfth Street a vital cultural and community hub.
Please meet on the corner of 12th Street and 10th Avenue (New Westminster side), the tour will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.

Summer Sundays with the New Westminster Museum (All Ages)

Make your summer Sundays unforgettable with family fun at the New Westminster Museum! Each week, enjoy hands-on crafts and exciting scavenger hunts at beloved historic landmarks. In July, step aboard the Samson V and dive into activities that celebrate the Fraser River's rich history. Then in August, soak up the beauty of the Irving House garden with engaging outdoor adventures. Join us for a summer of discovery and fun!

Fraser Cemetery Preservation Project (All Ages)

Spend time outside connecting to nature and your community by helping to preserve the City's grave markers. Under the guidance of museum staff, local groups and individuals will learn about the cemetery and clean gravestones using best practices. Please meet at the main office.
