The waiver amount will be equal to 25% of the annual water, sewer and solid waste charges for 2026. The amount will be applied toward 2026 Flat Rate Utilities account upon approval of the application.

The application deadline is January 31, 2026.

To qualify, a resident must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Be 65 years of age or over during the calendar year.
2. Living alone (one person only) in a single family residence during the calendar year
3. A registered owner of the property, either solely or with others, during the calendar year
