Meeting Schedules
Please note: Meeting schedules are subject to last-minute changes and cancellations. Please contact legislativeservices@newwestcity.ca or 604-527-4523 to confirm the meeting you are interested in attending is scheduled as noted.
The Advisory Group year runs from February 1 - January 31.
Advisory Group members will be contacted at least one week prior to a scheduled meeting and will be given at least 24 hours notice of a meeting cancellation.
Advisory Group meetings take place at City Hall unless indicated otherwise.
