Walk, Stroll or run
A stroll along the Waterfront Esplanade offers you beautiful vista of the mighty Fraser River along with amazing horticultural displays and our famous hanging baskets.
Park benches, view points, interpretive signage, and public art make this walk a regional draw.
Play
This river view linear park offers two playgrounds. The main playground, located near the train bridge at the west end of the Esplanade, features water theme play features such as a submarine, lighthouse, swings, sand, lookout towers, water fountain, washrooms, park benches and picnic tables.
The second playground, at the foot of the World's Largest Tin Soldier, features a community gathering and play space with play tugboats.
