  • For fitness classes with limited capacity, such as indoor cycling: 

    • Please arrive 5-15 minutes prior to class start time.
    • Please come dressed. Changerooms are limited.
    • Registration is required. 

    Registration is open:
    72 hours in advance for New Westminster residents
    48 hours in advance for everyone.

    Can't make your time?

    We understand you cannot always use your Registered Drop-in purchase. If this happens, please let us know! It could mean that someone else on a waitlist can participate. Call us 604-777-5100.

    Participant cancellations must be made with 24 hours’ notice to qualify for a refund. See more policy details.

  • We offer a variety of registered classes including Yoga and Meditation throughout the year. These classes usually span the course of a season.

     

  • Enjoy a wide range of cardio, strength, and stretching equipment at one of our fitness centres. Our highly trained fitness advisors will provide the expertise, guidance and motivation you need to get started and to keep going!

    PERSONAL TRAINING

    Achieve your fitness goals with our certified personal trainers. Whether in private or semi - private sessions, we’ll help create and implement a tailored plan. Expect your first session of 90 minutes to include consultation time and active floor time. Subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes.

  • Fitness Etiquette

    Guidelines for respectful use of fitness centres and indoor cycle studios.

    Please respect the guidelines below, and follow the instructions of our friendly staff to ensure all patrons enjoy their fitness activities. 

    Fitness Centre Etiquette

    • Be respectful
    • Participants must be 15+ years or 13+ years with supervision or a fitness orientation
    • Wear athletic footwear that is closed toed and closed heeled
    • Do not leave valuables unattended
    • Photography and video is prohibited
    • 30-minute limit on cardio machines
    • Sanitize equipment after use
    • No food
    • No glass

     

    Indoor Cycling Etiquette

    • The Cycle Studio is for participants 15+ years old or 13+ years when accompanied by an adult
    • Arrive on time for sessions
    • Follow the instructors’ lesson
    • Do not modify equipment
    • Do not over-tighten knobs
    • Lower resistance lever after class
    • Clean equipment after use
  • Indoor Cycling utilize Keiser bikes, a robust quality sound system and specialized lighting.

    • Registration opens 72 hours in advance for New Westminster residents and 48 hours in advance for everyone.
    • Please allow yourself extra time to check-in at the front desk when you arrive. Check-in will begin 30 min before class starts.
    • No class admittance once the class has started.
    • Cancellation requires 24 hour notice.
    • No-shows will be tracked and failure to cancel may result in revoked privileges.

  • What type of footwear is allowed? 

    For the safety and comfort of all participants, proper athletic footwear is required in our fitness centres. Athletic shoes provide the necessary support, stability, traction, and protection for exercise equipment and activities, reducing the risk of slips, trips, and injuries.

    Footwear such as Crocs, sandals, flip-flops, dress shoes, or other non-athletic shoes do not provide adequate protection or support and are not permitted.

    This rule helps us:

    • Keep everyone safe when using weights, machines, and cardio equipment.
    • Maintain a clean, professional facility environment.
    • Prevent damage to equipment and flooring.
    • Maintain hygienic and adequate cleanliness.
