  • Proof of vaccination is required to participate in fitness activities
  • Reservation is not required, but late-comers will not be permitted.
  • Maximum of 30 patrons per group fitness class until further notice.
  • Participants are responsible for maintaining physical distancing.
  • Masks are mandatory in common areas for ages 9+ and are recommended while exercising. 
  • Personal belongings and equipment may be placed against the walls during class.

  • A variety of registered classes such as yoga, are offered throughout the year. These classes usually span the course of a season.

  • Our knowledgeable fitness advisors can help you set and meet goals, give you exercise and fitness tips and help you get the most out of your workouts at both Queensborough
    and Canada Games Pool Fitness Centres.

  • Reservation Information

    • Reservation is available. Payment is taken at the front counter.
    • Starting at 8:30 am, bikes may be reserved for a class two days in advance. Call 604.777.5100
    • Arrive 5-10 minutes early. No class admittance once the class has started.
    • New participants should arrive 10-15 minutes early for bike set up and use assistance
    • Cancel up to 24 hours in advance, and change times up to 1 hour in advance
    • No-shows will be tracked and failure to cancel may result in revoked privileges.
