MyCity

MyCity is a secure, all-in-one, online service that allows residents and businesses to access information about City of New Westminster accounts, view current and past bills, view payment history, and register for eBilling. It's easy to use and all information is protected by private access codes.

Access the following on MyCity:

  • Property taxes
  • Water, sewer and solid waste utilities
  • Dog licences
  • Business licences
  • Permits

*Note, electrical utility information is not available on MyCity. Please login into Customer Connect to view electrical utility account information. 

Getting Started:

To get started, you will need your access codes which can be found on your property tax notice, utility bills and licences. To obtain your permit access code, or for other related questions, please contact one of the City of New Westminster departments listed below:
