Online Payments

Online payments can be accepted using Visa or MasterCard for the following:

• Renewing a Dog License
  Pet owners can renew their dog licenses online quickly and easily. Simply enter the account number and pay the balance due. A new license will be mailed to you once your payment has been processed. 

• Paying a Municipal, Parking or False Alarm Ticket
  Bylaw notices include tickets for parking, animal control violations, false alarms, unsightly premises and other bylaw infractions. You must have a ticket number in order to proceed with payment. Please enter the complete ticket number including the letters and numbers (e.g., BA123456)

• Renewing a Business License
  Business owners can renew their business license online quickly and easily. Simply enter the account number and pay the balance due. A new business license will be mailed to you once your payment has been processed.
   
• Paying a Permit Fee
  At this time, the only permit fees that can be paid online are monthly parking permits (e.g., at Anvil Centre). You must enter both the permit number and access code in order to proceed with payment. These are the same values that you would use to register and see your permit details at MyCity

• Paying Property Taxes
  Property owners can pay their property taxes online using their credit card (subject to a 1.75% convenience fee). Simply enter your folio number and the amount you wish to pay. Please note that payments cannot be accepted until tax notices are generated (approximately mid-May).
   

• Paying Water/Sewer Utilities
  Residents can pay their water/sewer utilities online using their credit card (subject to a 1.75% convenience fee).  Simply enter your account number and the amount you wish to pay.
