General Local Election 2026

New Westminster’s next General Local Election will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Preliminary results will be posted here after the close of polls at 8:00 p.m., with official results to follow after completion of the official count.

Previous Elections

The City’s last General Local Election was held on October 15, 2022, and a School District No. 40 by-election was held on February 3, 2024.
