Day camps are available when school's out on non-instructional day, and during winter break, spring break, and summer for ages 3 - 18 years.

Fraser River Middle School
Camps will be located throughout the centre. Check the registration confirmation for the room of your camp.
Lower Hume Park
Meet at picnic shelter near the parking lot and washrooms in the lower region of the park.
Queensborough Community Centre
Camps will be located throughout the centre. Check the registration confirmation for the room of your camp.
Queen’s Park Picnic Shelter
Meet at the picnic shelter west of the band shell and north of the concession. Parking is located behind Queen’s Park Arena. Enter next to the former farm and follow the path north towards the large picnic shelter.
Day camps are offered three times a year.
- Winter Break Camps - Registration opens in November
- Spring Break Camps - Registrations opens in January
- Summer Day Camps - Registration opens in May
School's Out
Stay active when school is out!Day Camps
School’s Out - Day Camp (5 - 11 years)
Choose a day filled with games, activities, crafts and more to stay active when school’s out. Bring water, lunch and healthy snacks. Children must be enrolled in or have attended kindergarten. Prepare for trips to public parks if weather permits. Public transit may be used. Campers should bring a ready-to-eat lunch and wear appropriate attire.

February 17 WAITLISTSchool’s Out - Race Queensborough (5 - 11 years)
Participate in exhilarating races and friendly competitions. The day will be filled with challenges, clues and puzzles for you to solve as you race throughout Queensborough. Campers should bring a ready-to-eat lunch, snacks and appropriate attire each day. Children must be enrolled in or have attended kindergarten.

School’s Out - Babysitter Training (11 - 14 years)
Learn to care for children and babies, and make responsible decisions, and manage difficult behaviours. Includes Fist Aid and CPR training for babies and children. Youth will receive a certificate upon completion. In partnership with ProSafe First Aid Training School.
