Discover adventure and excitement with activities that challenge creativity and imagination.
Day camps are available during winter break, spring break, and summer for children 5 - 12 years.
Camps Include:
- Day Camp Mini (3 - 5 years) - An introduction to the world of camp! Activities include, art, crafts, games and more. There will be plenty of outside time too. Browse dates and time in Recreation > Preschool > General
- Day Camp Junior (5 - 7 years) - Activities include high energy games, outdoor play and amazing art. Each week, this camp will enjoy an out trip. Children must have attended Kindergarten prior to the summer.Browse dates and times.
- Day Camp Children (8 - 12 years) - From out trips to games to art, there is something for everyone to enjoy! Each week, this camp will enjoy a swimming, gymnastics or skating outing.Browse dates and times.
- Outdoor Discovery Day Camps (6 - 12 years) - Experience summer in the outdoors! Our camp leaders have plenty of exciting opportunities planned with highlights including an art project, water park fun, and community exploration.Browse dates and times.
- Camp Care - Drop children off earlier or pick up later. Available for Day Camp Junior and Day Camp Children. Registration closes the Thursday before camp begins.Book

Preparations for happy campers!Lower Hume Park
Meet at picnic shelter near the parking lot and washrooms in the lower region of the park.
Queen’s Park Picnic Shelter
Meet at the picnic shelter west of the bandshell and north of the concession. Parking is located behind Queen’s Park Arena. Enter next to the former farm and follow the path north towards the large picnic shelter.
Ryall Park Picnic Shelter
Located in the picnic shelter at this park. Parking can be limited. Street parking is available.

Day camps are offered three times a year.
