We understand you cannot always use your Reserved Drop-in purchase. If this happens, please let us know! It could mean that someone else on a waitlist can participate. Call us 604.777.5100.

- Why is registration required for some sessions?
To facilitate sales of drop-in activities at locations that do not have sales staff (i.e. Centennial Lodge, school gyms, parks, etc.).
To ensure patron’s arrive at activities with guaranteed participation (i.e. Indoor cycling has limited capacity and registration assures them of a bike and the ability to participate).
Can I register for a drop-in online with my Active Pass?
Yes! Active Pass can be used online for most activities where registration is available! Add your program of choice to your cart. If you have an eligible pass, when you checkout you will see the “Membership Fee: $0.00” option. Active 10 membership will be reduced by 1 Visit.

Drop-in sales will be accepted up to the event start time (if space is available) at recreation facilities where sales staff are available (Century House, Moody Park Outdoor Pool, Queensborough Community Centre). Please check online to see if there is space available before you arrive without registering to prevent being turned away.
Drop-in sales without a registration cannot be accommodated at Queen's Park Cycle Studio, Centennial Lodge, school gyms, and in park spaces where we do not have sales staff or equipment.
