Sports Leagues

Recreational sports leagues for teams of all levels and abilities. 

Playing on a team is a great way to stay active, meet new people, have fun, and improve your skills. Leagues are for anyone aged 19+ unless otherwise noted. 

Good to know

• See intake periods and download applications for your chosen sport below. Applications will be available at 10:00 am on the first day of the intake period. Teams will be contacted after applying. 
• Registration priority goes to New Westminster teams (at least 60% of team members residing in New Westminster at the time of application), followed by date and time of completed application submission.
• No refunds are issued for league fees unless the space is booked by another team. Fees are not eligible for subsidy.
• Our leagues follow the City’s Code of Conduct to ensure a respectful, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
